Notice to the authors
The organizing committee appreciates sincerely all the authors for their submissions of abstracts. The conference shall be fruitful and successful.
Please let us inform you about the publication.
We will publish the proceedings of the conference, and it contains only abstracts.
Therefore authors are not required to submit their full papers.
Although authors are encouraged to contribute articles the JISfTeH (Journal of the International Society for Telemedicine and eHealth).
We wish the understanding of all authors.
*If you want to revise your abstract, please send final revision to jtta@takasaki-u.ac.jp before August 16 Friday.

CALL FOR ABSTRACTS -Closed on July 17, 2013-
Abstract submission is closed.
We are very glad to receive a lot of abstracts more than 40.
Acceptance for each abstract will be noticed at the end of July.
